From articles and books, to brochures, and ghost-writing for healthy and life-sized projects, Pat offers professional food, garden, and herb stories, recipe development, and testing for publishers and corporations.
Pat's work has appeared in national and international magazines, newspapers and online.
Speaking
The Herb Society of America, The International Herb Society, the Kootenay Herb Gathering, and Heartwood Herbal Gathering have hosted Pat as a keynote and workshop leader.
Her dynamic presentations include the latest research on the nutrients in food, herbs, and plants, as well as engaging food demonstrations.
Pat is comfortable in small and large groups. Her goal is to share her food and herb knowledge and pass the baton to vibrant, young herbalists now poised to take up the challenge of carrying on the work of exploring the wisdom and wonder of nature.
